Conditions we treat

From everyday pain to complex injuries

Most of what we see is mechanical, which means it responds well to a structured, conservative plan. Find your concern below, or call and we will point you in the right direction.

Back Pain

From a stiff lower back after a long drive to pain that has lingered for years, we find the mechanical cause and build a plan around it.

Neck Pain

Desk posture, old injuries, and stress all land in the neck. We treat the joints and the surrounding tissue together.

Headaches & Migraines

Many recurring headaches start in the neck. Treating the cervical spine can reduce how often and how hard they hit.

Sciatica

Pain that travels from the low back into the leg has several possible sources. Getting the source right is most of the work.

Sports Injuries

Weekend athletes and competitive ones both need the same thing: a clear return-to-play plan instead of an open-ended layoff.

Whiplash

Low-speed collisions still cause real injury. Symptoms often show up a day or two later, which is why an early evaluation matters.

Treatment approach

What treatment actually looks like

Technique is matched to your diagnosis, your history, and your comfort level.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Specific, hands-on or instrument-assisted adjustments that restore motion to joints that have stopped moving well.

Spinal Decompression

Gentle traction that reduces pressure on irritated discs and nerve roots, used for disc-related back and leg pain.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Manual and instrument-assisted work on muscle, fascia, and scar tissue to release restriction and improve tolerance.

Corrective Exercise

A short, specific set of drills you can actually keep up with, built to hold the gains you make in the office.

Sports Rehabilitation

Criteria-based return-to-play programming for athletes recovering from strain, sprain, and overuse injuries.

Therapeutic Massage

Clinical massage coordinated with your treatment plan, available as a standalone visit or alongside adjusting.

Not sure which category you fall into?

That is normal, and it is our job to sort out. Describe what you are feeling and we will tell you whether we are the right place to start.

Questions

Answers before your first visit

If your question is not here, call the office and a member of the team will walk you through it.

No. Chiropractors are primary-contact providers, so you can book directly with us. Walk in or call and we will get you on the schedule.

Plan on about 15 to 30 minutes. We take your history, run an orthopedic and neurological exam, and walk you through what we found. Most patients receive their first treatment the same visit.

No. We are a cash-based practice with posted pricing: $25 for your first visit and $40 for each visit after, with packs and a $100 monthly membership if you want a lower per-visit rate. Payment is taken in the office, so there are no benefit checks and no surprise balances.

It should not. Most patients describe relief and a release of pressure. If you are apprehensive, we have low-force and instrument-assisted options that work just as well.

It depends on the condition and how long you have had it. You will get a written plan with a specific visit count and a reassessment date, typically somewhere between four and twelve visits.
